MANJULA’S SPECIAL CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS
chicken:500 g
sunflower oil:1 tbsp
garlic chopped:1 tsp
curd:1 tbsp
mint leaves:1/4 cup
coriander leaves:1/4 cup
coconut milk powder:2 tbsp
water:1cup
salt to taste
FOR GRINDING SPECIAL MASALA
kashmiri red chilli :5 no
clove(carambu):3nos
cinnamon(karuvapatta):1 stick of 1 inch
cardamom(elachi/elakkai):3 nos
onion :1 no
coriander powder:1 tsp
black pepper powder:1/2 tsp
turmeric powder:1/4 tsp
ginger:1 pieces (1 inch)
coconut scraping:2 tbsp
water:as required
salt to taste
METHOD
-Marinated chicken with curd and salt for 1/2 hr.keep aside.
-Heat oil,put special masala paste and chopped garlic saute for 3 min.
-put the marinated chicken mix well.add mint leaves,coriander leaves.
-add chicken and water ,cook for 10 to 12 min, cover with lid.stir occasionally.
-finally add coconut milk powder mix well .cook for 1 min.
-MANJULA’S SPECIAL CHICKEN is ready.
note :put kashmiri red chilli ,clove(carambu),cinnamon(karuvapatta),
cardamom(elachi/elakkai),onion ,coriander powder,black pepper powder,turmeric powder,
ginger,coconut scraping,water,salt in mixie make a paste that is special masala .
