CRAB MASALA
INGREDIENTS
Blue crab:750 g(3 nos)
sunflower oil:1 tbsp
onion :1 no
tomato chopped:1no
curry leaves:a handful
garlic chopped:1 tsp
ginger chopped:1 tsp
chilly powder:1/2 tsp
coriander powder:1 tsp
black pepper powder:1/2 tsp
turmeric powder:1/4 tsp
garam masala :1 tsp
coconut milk powder:2 tbsp
water:1cup
salt to taste
for garanish slice tomato and curry leaves
METHOD
-clean and wash with water.cut the crab into two pieces.
-heat oil, put onion chopped saute for 4 to 5 min in high flame.
-then put garlic chopped, ginger chopped and tomato chopped saute for 3 min.
-then lower the flame, put all the powder ingredients like chilly powder, coriander powder,black pepper powder,turmeric powder stir well for 1 min.
-add curry leaves saute it and add garam masala stir well.
-finally add crab,coconut milk powder and water ,mix well.
-cook for 10 to 15 min.cover it with a lid.stir occasionally .when the gravy become thick.off the flame.garnish with curry leaves and slice tomato.CRAB MASALA is ready
