TOMATO CHICKEN MASALA
INGREDIENTS
chicken :450 g
sunflower oil:1 tbsp
onion :1/2 cup
tomato chopped :1 no
dry kasuri methi leaves:1 tbsp
garlic chopped:1/2 tsp
ginger chopped:1 tsp
chilly powder:1 tsp
turmeric powder:1/4 tsp
garam masala :1/2 tsp
tomato ketchup:2 tbsp
water:1 cup
salt to taste
for garnish cherry tomato
METHOD
heat oil, put onion chopped saute for 4 to 5 min in high flame.
-then put garlic chopped, ginger chopped and tomato chopped saute for 3 min.
-then lower the flame, put all the powder ingredients like chilly powder ,turmeric powder stir well for 1 min.add chicken pieces and dry kasuri methi leaves mix well. add garam masala stir well.
-finally tomato ketchup and water ,mix well.
-cook for 10 to 15 min.cover it with a lid.stir occasionally .when the gravy become very thick.off the flame.garnish with cherry tomato.
-TOMATO CHICKEN MASALA is ready
