BLACKY CRUMB CHICKEN FRY
INGREDIENTS
chicken :200 g(2 pieces)
egg:1 no
bread crumbs:1/2 cup
oil:as required for frying
for masala
sunflower oil:1 tbsp
onion :1/2 cup
garlic chopped:1/2 tsp
ginger chopped:1/2 tsp
chilly powder:1/2 tsp
turmeric powder:1/4 tsp
garam masala :1/2 tsp
cummin powder :1/2 tsp
coriander powder:1/2 tsp
salt to taste
for garnish slice onion
METHOD
heat oil, put onion chopped saute for 4 to 5 min in high flame.
-then put garlic chopped, ginger chopped saute for 2 min.
-then lower the flame, put all the powder ingredients like chilly powder,coriander powder,cummin powder ,turmeric powder stir well for 1 min.add chicken pieces and salt.cook for half done and all masala stick to chicken pieces .when cool dip the chicken masala pieces into beaten egg with salt .roll in bread crumbs.shallow fry the chicken pieces till blackly brown color in low flame .
-garnish with slice onion .BLACKY CRUMB CHICKEN FRY is ready
NOTE:BE CAREFUL WHILE FRYING.
