-MUGHLAI CHICKEN KHEEMA SPECIAL
INGREDIENTS
chicken kheema :250 g
sunflower oil:2 tbsp
onion :1 cup
tomato puree :3 tbsp
curd: 2 tbsp
cashew nuts:25 g
garlic chopped:1/2 tsp
ginger chopped:1/2 tsp
chilly powder:1 tsp
coriander powder:1 tsp
clove(carambu):2 nos
garam masala :1/2 tsp
turmeric powder:1/4 tsp
coriander leaves:1/4 cup
water:1 cup
Egg:2 no
salt to taste
METHOD
heat oil, put onion chopped ,salt saute for 1 min in high flame.
-then put garlic chopped, ginger chopped and tomato puree ,curd cook for 3 to 4 min.
-then lower the flame, put all the powder ingredients like chilly powder ,turmeric powder, coriander powder ,cashew nuts stir well for 1 min.
add chicken kheema, garam masala and water mix well.
-cook for 10 to 12 min.cover it with a lid.stir occasionally .when the gravy become very thick and wait till the oil starts to separate.
-put egg into the pan,add little salt to egg.scramble well ,till egg cook.
mix well the chicken kheema and egg together.
-finally coriander leaves mix well. off the flame..
