CHICKEN LILLY SPECIAL
INGREDIENTS
for frying
CHICKEN(LARGE PIECES ) : 600 g
CHILLY POWDER :1 Tsp
CORIANDER POWDER:2 Tsp
TURMERIC POWDER :1/4 Tsp
GINGER PASTE: 2 Tsp
GARLIC PASTE: 1 Tsp
TOMATO SAUCE : 2 Tsp
LEMON JUICE:1 Tsp
SUNFLOWER OIL: as required for frying
WATER: as required
SALT: as required
for masala
onion chopped :2 cup
tomato chopped :1 no
garlic chopped:1/2 tsp
ginger chopped:1/2 tsp
chilly powder:1/2 tsp
coriander powder: 1/2 teaspoon
green chilly :2 nos
turmeric powder:1/4 tsp
tomato sauce;2 tbsp
soya sauce:1 tbsp
garam masala :1/2 tsp
curry leaves-10 nos
oil:2 tbsp
water:1 cup
salt to taste
garnish with garlic,green chilly
METHOD
-Mix all ingredients together in bowl (like thick paste),put chicken pieces .marinated for 1/2 hrs
-Heat the oil,fry till half cook,after that keep aside.
-heat the oil(use the same oil which used for frying,it gave more taste),put onion chopped ,garlic chopped, ginger chopped,green chilly,curry leaves saute for 3 min.
-add tomato chopped saute for 4 min in high flame .
-then lower the flame , put all the powder ingredients like chilly powder,coriander powder ,turmeric powder stir well for 1 min.then add half fry chicken pieces ,tomato sauce, soya sauce stir well for 4 min.
-add water,cook for 5 to 7 min.cover it with a lid.stir occasionally.when the gravy becomes thick.
-finally add garam masala stir well.off the flame. garnish with garlic,green chilly .CHICKEN LILLY SPECIAL is ready.
