mussel fry( Kadukka fry)
INGREDIENTS
mussel cleaned:250 g
chilly powder :1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
coriander powder:1 tsp
fish masala powder:1 tsp
ginger and garlic paste:1 tsp
rice powder:1 tsp
water :as required
salt :as required
coconut oil:2 tbsp
cherry tomato,onion slice,green chilly for garnish
METHOD
-clean the mussel .wash with salt water.
-mix all the ingredients like chilly powder,Turmeric powder,fish masala powder,coriander powder, ginger and garlic paste,rice powder ,a little water,salt.
-make a thick paste.rub on both sides of the mussel.keep it aside for 5 to 10 min.
-heat oil in non stick frying pan .shallow fry the mussel till brown color on both side for 7 to 8 min.in low flame
-serve hot. garnish with cherry tomato,onion slice,green chilly.
-mussel fry( Kadukka fry) is ready.
note:Kadukka in malayalam.mussel seafood,do not over cook.clean well.
