Banana ghee fry
INGREDIENTS
kerala banana/nenthrappazham :1 nos
Sugar:1 tsp
ghee:2 tbsp
sugar :1 tsp
METHOD
-peel the bananas and slice them into circle or length wise into half ,any shape as you wish .
-heat ghee in frying pan.put bananas slice fry them until it become light golden brown.put sugar on top of banana ,then fry other side of banana .when both side cook.take it out.
-serve hot.
-banana ghee fry is ready.
note: *use fully ripe bananas
