PAYYA FISH FRY
INGREDIENTS
PAYYA fish :4 no(250 g)
chilly powder :1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
coriander powder:11/2 tsp
ginger and garlic paste:11/2 tsp
lemon juice:1/2 tsp
water :as required
salt :as required
coconut oil:2 tbsp
cherry tomato,onion slice,coriander leaves for garnish
METHOD
-clean the fish .wash with salt water.
-mix all the ingredients like chilly powder,Turmeric powder,coriander powder, ginger and garlic paste,lemon juice,a little water,salt.
-make a thick paste.rub on both sides of the fish.keep it aside for 7 to 10 min.
-heat oil in non stick frying pan .in low flame ,shallow fry the fish till brown color on both side for5 to 7 min.
-serve hot. garnish with cherry tomato,onion slice,lemon.
-PAYYA FISH FRY is ready.
