COCONUT BISCUIT
INGREDIENTS
11/2 cup Maida flour
1 CUP butter(un salt)
1 egg
4 tbsp sugar powder
2 tbsp dry fruit(raisins and cashew nuts)
1 cup grated coconut
1 tsp ghee
METHOD
-heat a pan put ghee,raisins and cashew nuts fry for light brown colour. keep aside.
-take a bowl,put maida flour,egg mix well
-add sugar,fried coconut dry fruit ,unsalt butter mix well.

  • required to get a soft dough (like chapati dough) .make any shape .
    -grease baking tray.
    -put the coconut biscuit into baking tin.
    -preheat oven to 180 c.
    -bake for 20 to 25 min.cool it and serve.
  • COCONUT BISCUIT is ready.
    note:if you dont like egg ,you can avoid it instead of that put 1 pinch backing powder and to make the dough soft add little milk.when size increase time of baking also increase.
