TUNA FISH FRY MASALA
INGREDIENTS
onion chopped:1 no
Oil :as required
tomato ketchup: 2 tbsp
FOR TUNA FISH MARINATION
TUNA FISH CANNED :200g
chilly powder :1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
coriander powder:2 tsp
fish masala powder:1 tsp(optical)
ginger and garlic paste:1 tbsp
lemon juice:11/2 tbsp
water :as required
salt :as required
method
-wash Tuna fish with water.crush tuna fish with hand.(here canned tuna fish is used,so it is very easy to crushed)
-mix all the ingredients like chilly powder,Turmeric powder,fish masala powder,coriander powder, ginger and garlic paste,a little water,lemon juice,salt.
-make a thick paste.put tuna fish crush into mixture.keep it aside for 5 to 10 min.
-heat oil in non stick pan .put onion chopped fry for 2 min.
-after that put the tuna fish mixture,fry till brown color for 8 to 10 Min.low flame.after that add tomato ketchup. stir well.
-TUNA FISH FRY MASALA is ready.
NOTE:some canned or tin food contain salt so be careful while adding salt .here there is no salt.
