FISH CUTLET
INGREDIENTS
TUNA FISH CANNED;400 g
potato (boiled):2 nos
onion:2 tbsp
green chilly(chopped):2 nos
Turmeric powder -a pinch
garlic chopped:1 tsp
ginger chopped :1 tsp
pepper powder:1/2 tsp
garam masala :1/2 tsp
curry leaves or coriander leaves :a few
bread crumbs:1 cup
egg:1 no
salt:as required
sunflower oil:as required
METHOD
-wash Tuna fish with water.crush tuna fish with hand.(here canned tuna fish is used,so it is very easy to crushed)
-Heat oil in a pan, put onion,garlic ,ginger,green chilly,salt,curry leaves or coriander leaves saute for 2 min.
-add Tuna fish stir well.
-put Turmeric powder,garam masala ,pepper powder mix well.switch off the flame.
-smash the boiled potato add to the cutlet mix .
-mix well and leave it to cool.make balls and flatten to shape(any shape like circle, oval ,square etc).
-.now dip the cutlet into beaten egg
-now drop it gently into bread crumbs and well coated with bread crumbs on both the sides.
-heat oil in a pan fry ,put the cutlets into it,fry until golden brown on both sides.serve hot with tomato ketchup.
-FISH CUTLET is ready.
NOTE:some canned or tin food contain salt so be careful while adding salt .here there is no salt.
