Fish fingers

INGREDIENTS
fish:400 g
red chilly powder:1 tsp
coriander powder:2 tsp
Turmeric powder -a pinch
pepper powder:1/2 tsp
ginger garlic paste:2 tsp
tomato sauce:2 tsp
lemon juice:1 tsp
water as required
oil to fry
salt as required
bread crumbs:11/2 cup
egg:1 or 2 no
METHOD
-any fish can use ,which is thick and flesh.slice the fish into strips.
-mix all the ingredients like chilly powder,Turmeric powder, pepper powder,coriander powder, ginger and garlic paste,lemon juice,a little water,tomato sauce,salt.
-make a thick paste.rub on both sides of the fish.keep it aside for 15 to 20 min.
-.now dip the marinated fish into beaten egg
-now drop it gently into bread crumbs and well coated with bread crumbs on both the sides.
-heat oil in a pan fry ,put the fish fingers into it,fry until golden brown on both sides.
-serve hot. garnish with coriander leaves.
-fish fingers is ready.
