FISH MASALA
INGREDIENTS
FOR FRYING fish
any fish :250g
chilly powder :1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
coriander powder:1 tsp
ginger and garlic paste:1 tsp
lemon juice:1/2 tsp
water :as required
salt :as required
coconut oil:3 tbsp
for masala
onion:1 no
green chilly :2 no
Ginger Chopped:2 tsp
garlic Chopped :2 tsp
tomato:1 no
chilly powder :1/2 tsp
coriander powder:1/2 tsp
curry leaves:10 nos
coconut oil:3 tbsp
curry leaves for garnish
METHOD
-clean the fish .wash with salt water.
-mix all the ingredients like chilly powder,chilly powder,Turmeric powder,powder,coriander powder, ginger and garlic paste,lemon juice,a little water,salt.
-make a thick paste.rub on both sides of the fish.keep it aside for 15 to 20 min.
-heat oil in non stick frying pan .shallow fry the fish till brown color on both side for 5 to 7 min.after that take it out.
In the same oil put Chopped onion ,Ginger and garlic Chopped saute for 3 min , put green chilly , tomato chopped saute for 3 min.

after that put Chilly powder, coriander powder saute for seconds and add curry leaves.

-finally add fried fish ,mix well .. garnish with curry leaves.

-FISH MASALA is ready
